Our client provides optical and networking solutions to telecom equipment manufacturers and operators. Job description :
Director, Sales and Business Development Demonstrated capability for motivating, promoting and enhancing Companys presence in partnership positions and revenue with major telecommunication equipment manufacturers and tier 1 Carriers in particular those in the U.S., and Europe, Highly preferable to have good contacts and relationship with U.S. and European major telecommunication equipment manufacturers and tier 1 carriers in particular those in the U.S. and Europe. Contacts preferably with both Business Decision makers and Technical Decision makers, Capable of cultivating and consummating prospective M&A opportunities for the Company, Capability to build the Companys Sales and Business Development team over time, Fundamental technical understanding of the telecommunications industry preferably in the transport network area is a MUST. Preferably to have experience and an understanding in M&A / Venture Capitalist activities in the U.S,Structure & Reporting Line Report directly to the SVP Business Development of the Company, No direct subordinate at present. Who we are looking for :
Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines, At least 7 years relevant experience with increasing sales and business development responsibility, Previous exposure in telecommunications and / or IT industry. Whats on offer :
$140,000 - US$150,000 per annum plus company stock options and milestone bonus.
